Fallout: Bulgaria

A fan project I have been working on - Fallout: Bulgaria. I think the region of the Balkans and Eastern Europe would be very interesting to explore in a hypothetical game, so here are some designs that I came up with. The art style is a bit unusual for Fallout, as I have been heavily inspired by Hades for it, but as a personal project, I preferred having fun on this one. :D

I focused on the more unique and traditional aspects of Bulgarian (and largely, Balkan) culture instead of going into a chiché retread of a post-apocalyptic Soviet stylistic. I also wanted to reflect that in the chosen style, as a culture and costumes are quite colorful and can be easily lost in a more muddy, grounded palette.

Of course, all rights to the Fallout franchise belong to Bethesda Softworks.
